run by Sandy Upham, TN, ranked Top 250 salons in the U.S. However, my best success story
is my wife Marybeth and children, Mason (9 years old) and Grace (5 years). My best achievement was
having the passion to support my disabled mother for her last 15 years!
I have been involved in retail as an owner/operator since I was a teenager. As a consultant I
show my salons how to maximize their net profit. My involvement with my customers' salons is
the same type of service provided as if you are buying a franchise, with out the cost!
